TOLESG believes that supporting your Tribe (team) members earn you loyalty and respect from your employees, leaders, staff, crew, management team, business owners, and Villagers (neighbors). We will always make an effort to recognize their achievements, memorable life moments, and other events that should be celebrated.
Our Members are essential to us, and we plan to ensure they are constantly reminded of that.

Congratulations, Marlon Ladd
Congratulations to former OTMA alum (our little red-head), Kennedy Caughell, and the company of Paradise Square's performance at the Tony Awards tonight! I am beaming with pride and have genuinely enjoyed watching this incredible journey you have been on since you were a child—so many amazing accomplishments.
And congratulations to your company for the 10 nominations and to fellow company actor Joaquina Kalukango, for her best actress win.

TOLESG is honored to have Marlon as the Executive Director over our Screenwriters Secret Society Pipeline Tribe. He will have an essential part in opening doors for undiscovered and up-and-coming filmmakers. He is currently a Professor at Langston University (HBUC) where he started a filmmaking program. He has already taken those young filmmakers under his wing. He will also have a decisive role in what projects we will take into development. Best of all, Marlon is genuinely an around nice young man.

Kelvin Carrington
Kelvin has appeared in commercials, print ads, and movies. Kelvin is an OTMA alum, IMTA delegate, and award-winning actor. He is now a passionate photographer and filmmaker.
His short action was nominated for Best Picture at the 2022 Bare Bones International Film & Music Festival.
In addition to being an actor, Kelvin is also a director known for Pain Reliever (2016), Comic Day (2003), and Hosea (2019).
Watch out for this talented up-and-coming filmmaker. I can't wait to have the opportunity to be a part of offering opportunities for him to continue to develop his projects.

Kennedy during her years with OTMA as an IMTA delegate representing Okla. at this international competition and convention in New York City. She too was an award winner and from this point on her career began to skyrocket and she never looked back.
Watching Kennedy shine as she competed on that NY competition stage, I knew one day she would be back as a star on Broadway, seeing her name in lights. Both she and her sister, Caitlyn was destined for this kind of success on Broadway. And their hard work and determination turned their DREAMS into REALITY.
