Tree of Life Entertainment Solutions Group's (TOLESG) goal is to build a community of majority BIPOC+ (plus sign is for the Deaf, Disabled, 2nd Chancers, others overlooked) along with always remaining a majority women-ran company. We are wanting people who believe and trust in this God-given vision and directed process. It will not be an overnight "reaps the benefits immediately" ride in the park. To earn your seat at the table as a profit-sharer, you are expected to put in your blood, sweat, and tears alongside your other Tribe Members. Our Tribes Female Leaders known as Lionesses will be the guiding force. Our Lionesses will possess and expect her tribe members to embrace the Fruits of the Spirit. Every voice is important and should be heard. Every socially innovative idea will be taken under serious consideration. WE NEED "WE CAN" PEOPLE, "WHY NOT?" PEOPLE, not naysayers. In other words, NEGATIVE PEOPLE NEED NOT APPLY!

If you are willing to bring any one of those traits to the table, then there is a seat for you while available. We are looking for both Leaders (Visionaries) and Tribe Members (Dreamers/team players). However, to fulfill one of our numerous Leadership positions (Administrative, Managers, Directors, Coordinators, Lioness Hut Leaders, and/or serve on one of our Boards) there are certain criteria that have to be met, however the rewards you will reap will be generous and encouraging.
All potential tribe members and leaders will go through an interview process with our Power Tribe. Each accepted participant will be put on a 90-days probation period, which allows both parties (you and ourselves) time to see if this is something you really want to commit to. The Tribes are considered task teams, therefore sometime your tribe will be very productive and have goals and timelines to accomplish. Other times there may be several gaps in downtime until a specific task is needed to be accomplished by your Tribe. Some Tribes may also have individual task groups within the tribe, in order to not burden any one particular of a small number of people with a heavy workload. We understand that for now, you are involved in a Servant Leader role (volunteer) therefore we know you have a life and other responsibilities outside of TOLESG and its entities. However, with that being said we also expect you to be dedicated, commit to your share of the responsibilities your Tribe oversees and be a fair team player. WITHOUT MUCH GIVEN, MUCH CAN'T BE EXPECTED.

Has this Ship Sailed...well, Yes and No
Yes, once the 300 Profit-Sharers spots are gone, they are gone (let's say that's the plan). However, there are many others earnings opportunities and ways you can be a part of this phenomenal social enterprise business. In fact, we have encumbered so many options into this project that there is no reason for you not to find a space where you can fit in. We ask you to take time to review our site or come back to it over and over, and you will learn a lot about our BHAG (Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals). You will find our site is very informative; we have shared our plans, our phases, our hopes, dreams, and our passion for impacting the lives of others and how we will become Game Changers. And we didn't hide anything, well, maybe just a few more surprises up our sleeves. We did this so you can become just as excited and motivated as others we shared these plans with through our presentations. However, since it's impossible to meet everyone to share this vision with, we never know whom GOD has waiting for us in SMALL TOWN, USA which can be a perfect fit for what we are doing. So, here is our alternative presentation with many things that couldn't even fit into our productions. Does it all seem overwhelming...you bet it does and is, however, our faith, our actions, and our belief that "all things are possible!" The God we serve; we dare not put limitations on Him or the possibilities of what His people can do when they work together in harmony, love, and abide by the Fruit of the Spirit.
Since our inception we have fasted, prayed, brainstormed, planned, fasted and prayed repeatedly. Many opens have opened, and an unbelievable number of amazing people want to be a part of this project; therefore, we are excited, motivated, and determined to accomplish every last one of our BHAG.
