for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (HOH)
FILM SCHOOL TRAINING
Deafness is an Identity…not a Disability! Therefore, Tree of Life Entertainment Solutions Group (TOLESG) / Colorful Me Productions (CMP) is committed to opening the doors of opportunity to every aspect of minorities. One of our first goals in this project is to start a Deaf Television Channel / Network for the Deaf and by the Deaf. This means there must be trained and skilled individuals in front of the camera as well as behind. As we are teaching adults for our 100 Film Empowerment Program, we also want to develop film training classes designed for individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing who are interested in exploring a career in Filmmaking—mirrored after our A.R.T.S. First 100 Film Empowerment Program, including the same syllabus, including the Program Overview-An Incentive Program specializing for the Deaf and their culture.
TOLESG will assist with the development and work in conjunction with a film school to ensure this program is a success, including recruitment, scheduling, Interpreters, and other resources that may be available for assistance. The goal is that after graduation, the crew members can immediately start working on projects to prepare for their own television channel and programs.
The CMP Filmmaking Inclusion Program for the Deaf and HOH will be an innovative social project that will also compel Oklahoma as a leader in developing trained and skilled filmmakers and a film crew; in many aspects, finding solutions typically unsolved in this industry, including the inclusion of minorities. TOLESG is going beyond that by also including the Deaf Community and others with various forms of disabilities. Our goal is to make sure every human being on this planet will relate to the media industry by seeing themselves in a light that will be entertaining, educational, and relatable. We are so proud to be the first pioneers to open yet another closed door, and we are excited about finding the right school to partner with within this project.
TOLESG is currently seeking grants and crowdfunding as resources to offer scholarships to those in the Deaf Community interested in a career in the film industry and who would like to get a filmmaking certification.

OUR SOCIAL INNOVATION MISSION: Colorful Me Productions (CMP) under the umbrella of our sub-division, TOLESG-P2 will create a Deaf & HOH (Hard of Hearing) Television Channel for linear TV. that will be about Deaf people and created by the Deaf Community. As part of our new network, this is one of our biggest collaborations at our new CMP Film & Television Productions Studio. This will be an innovative social project that will solve one of the issues of underrepresentation in the Deaf creative community. They deserved to be seen daily on all multimedia platforms like everyone else. We are so proud to be the Pioneers to open yet another closed door.

TRAINING DEAF & HOH CREATIVE TALENT: CMP will assist with the development of filmmakers and film crew. The goal is to train and produce Deaf/HOH crew members, who can start creating content for all genres of Deaf programming. We will actively seek people in the Deaf, deaf, HOH, CODA or others involved in the Deaf Community to be a part of this revolution and way past due movement. We will need to develop 1000+ hours of content to launch our new Deaf Channel. IT'S TIME THAT THE DEAF TALENT TO HAVE ALL THE SAME PLATFORMS to create, produce and see themselves like everyone else.

As part of the Deaf & HOH Channel, CMP wants to provide content for the S.M.A.R.T. (Skilled Masters of Accomplishments and Remarkable Talent) which is our new term for People with Disabilities. Because of their physical and limited abilities, they had to master their mobility skills and most do it well. Therefore, CMP is opening doors for S.M.A.R.T. creators to also provide programming and content for television and films. They too, will create, produce and develop their own shows and movies. Meanwhile, we are searching for Disabled and Handicap individuals who are interested in filmmaking.
