Tree of Life Entertainment Solutions Group, Inc (TOLESG), is a Social Enterprise Business that has several very ambitious goals relating to the Film, Television, Entertainment, Fashion, Beauty, Cultural Education, Games Development, S.T.E.A.M. industries, including opportunities for Entrepreneurs/UJAMAA. A small group of Visionaries researched the various industries that were extremely underrepresented by BIPOC+ and decided we were going to be part of the solution to change that scenario, and the results became the birth of Tree of Life Entertainment Solutions Group, Inc.

The Vision - Why Gwen is Giving Away Nearly Half Her Company

OUR STORY - "IT TAKES A VILLAGE!"

Tree of Life Entertainment Solutions Group, founded by Visionary Gondolyn "Gwen" Hardimon-Keeton, started this BIPOC+ and majority women-run Social Enterprise company where employees will also share in the profits.  We are an Amazing Visionary Company that believes in the importance of embracing the wisdom of our elders and ancestors while empowering our young people to lead, connect, and build a legacy for generations to come.  How? By understanding the value of creating a community of like-minded people who share the traits of our Ancestors and are willing to adopt their proverb, "IT TAKES A VILLAGE."  Because a big part of our company is diversity and inclusion; we are all different, we will display our colorful, whimsical side with the various mascots that emphasize precisely how different we are and how diverse we are as BIPOC+. 

 

Created from a God-given vision, Gwen immediately recruited a team of like-minded Visionaries and Dreamers to help her brainstorm, plan, and implement this BHAG vision.

These visionaries believed it would take a village to implement this mission-oriented project as well, and having an entrepreneurial spirit was a must. And when we refer to our Villagers they are our neighbors and co-workers. TOLESG and its entities are raising a new generation in a Village-type environment where the words Legacy Builders (LB) mean unity, support, and building generational wealth together.  We represent our honored ancestors' work and family pride, demonstrating moral values and upholding the mantle of creating stability, continuity, wealth, and legacy as role models for present and future generations. To accomplish all that, Gwen knew from the beginning when God shared this vision with her that He wanted her "pay it forward" and share with this group of LegacyPreneurs. Why? Because she wants to share the seats at the table (that has been deprived of us for so long). She never wanted to just sit at the head or across the table, looking at employees but to empower them. Gwen wanted to sit next to the LB's Visionaries and Dreamers, who would have the opportunity to use their imagination and skills, offer expertise, and feel the same pride, knowing they had a part in bringing this project to reality. Yes, it will look like most companies' board rooms and staff meetings. However, the big difference is that we are also profit-makers and decision-makers.

 

When the company becomes a billion-dollar company, we will have created hundreds of BIPOC+ millionaires, narrowed the wealth gap, and built generational wealth. We are leaving legacies, and have accomplished one of our goals toward social change being part of a solution to the lack of inclusion, and eliminating gender bias. Opening more doors than ever before in the various industries we serve because they formerly lacked diversity opportunities will no longer be the case. This will be because up to 444 like-minded Visionaries, Dreamers, and generous donors helped us accomplish what seemed like an impossible dream.
