People were committed to raising their children with morals, manners, and respect for their elders and even their peers.

A Community of love and about living a life of the Fruit of the Spirit.
PURPOSE & GOALS:
1. Take the Television Entertainment Industry back to the future with new modern twists by rebooting
old classical wholesome, family shows, adding a new wholeness, diversity aspect to them.
2. Build a Workforce where people can explore their passions, use their gifts, share their
talents no matter what skill or occupation it falls under. We will be the avenue
(pathway) to try and to open those doors of opportunity for them, all with the intention
developing ways for them to use it for the betterment of humanity, to impact change,
bridge the social-economic wealth gap and make a difference in the lives of others
and create a better world and legacy for future generations
3. This is truly about helping others discover their purpose, create their own passion
project within this community and environment by exploring your passion, what you
love to do and somehow make it fit into this overall Passion Project as the perfect
way to share your gifts and talents.

TOLESG responsibility is to be proactive by staying current with trends, education, and technology. We provide entrepreneur opportunities to a variety of small businesses bringing back the nostalgic spirit of the mom-and-pop establishments, allowing them to create and develop without the strain and competition of more giant established conglomerates. We will provide opportunities and education to individuals who desire to be in the entertainment and fashion industries (whether in front of the camera or behind the scenes). TOLESG also offers individuals who may not have the experience or connections an alternative path to achieve their dreams or goals.
To Live
Building a Village-style housing community with an array of living accommodations allows us to live in a safe, secure, and prosperous environment with like-minded individuals (called the Villagers) who desire to contribute to the welfare of its communities and partners. We strive to foster the belief in teamwork and the spirit of giving.
To Learn
To reinforce and cultivate an individual's skills, values, and expertise emotionally, spiritually, and mentally through education, training, and hands-on experiences.
To Discover
The freedom to discover, explore, and groom new talent through other aspects of the entertainment and fashion industries, such as above-the-line talent with practical methods and original perceptions, to design and create valuable and unique projects.

This is who TOLESG, "It's a Pleasure to Work for You!" is the type of workplace mindset we want to achieve. By taking a page from other successful and positive businesses as role models. Our goal is to become the "Google" of the Entertainment Industry, making the workplace the most productive one and the best place in the world to work. How?...starting with putting our workforce first, involving them in the decision-making, profit-sharing, and inspiring all to have a servant's heart overflowing with kindness.

Fostering fun, uplifting entertainment areas from the "serene to the exhilarating" where everyone can rest, relax, and rejuvenate in Sarah's Place or enjoy an array of entertainment options at the Entertainment Village. Several areas are exclusively available to use for the benefit of our villagers, LBs members, and all who come to visit.
