TDA SCHOOL OF HOME DESIGNS
Because we are building a community and neighborhoods, we will need the services of Home Designers and Stagers. Therefore, we want to allow those who have an interest in the field to hone their skills. TOLESG CMP entity plans to offer a certification program in Interior, Home, and Staging Designs. Another opportunity we are offering individuals is to consider this as a career option and immediately become employable.
We have the perfect Oklahoman we would like to honor by naming our School of Home Design after, however right now we are keeping it under wraps until we have a special reveal. But here's a hint, she is an up-and-coming star with several appearances on popular networks and national Home Shows.
Our Founder, Gwen has also several television show concepts she is working on around our community development, home designs, and education about the housing markets to be aired under our new network umbrella. Opening doors for other up-and-coming Design Stars.

LANDSCAPING & TOPIGAPY DESIGNS
TOLESG will sit on acres and acres of beautiful land that will be developed for a variety of uses; parks, film sets, greenspaces, neighborhood yards, and so much more. Therefore, we want to always make sure our grounds are beautiful, clean, and appealing to the eye. Our homes need to have curb appeal which also includes landscaping.
So once again, here is a Business Opportunity for a "mom" and "pop" business or through our UJAMAA program. Building a legacy and generational wealth. And TOLESG wants to be there to help guide and support them as much as possible, including training in the areas necessary. TOPIGAPY is one of those areas. When people visit our property we want to have that WOW FACTOR and offer them an experience they will remember for a long time.
HOME DESIGN TELEVISION SHOWS
CMP & TOLESG-P2 will also oversee the development of several Home and Design Shows television series on one of our new TV Channels. Not only will this give our students hands-on experience but all exposure on a global level. In return, this can provide an array of job opportunities to open up for them upon receiving their certification.
They will also have an opportunity to create content for potential shows to be aired based on their personal experiences or simply their imagination and creativity.
